A workshop to explore sound and silence, movement and stillness, breath and breathlessness, the Other and the Self, space and the spaceless, the body and the unbodied.
You can join if you:
- Seek what is simple and essential in us, what makes us human.
- Wish to come in an authentic contact with other human beings, in a space of co-creation without any pretence.
- Are willing to participate actively, to be in shared solitude.

Venue: Karuna Wellness Centre, Basement, A-105 Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Facilitators: Arka Mukhopadhyay - theatre performer/director/poet and Saqlain, Sibtain and Jamal Nizami - Sufiana Qawwals.
The Arshinagar Project is envisioned as a collective for research on performance as transformational action, with special focus on work with youth on religious and ecological harmony.
