Creating Peace on Earth - a Meditation

Any form of blessing or metta meditation is deeply therapeutic.

Teacher writes about this:

"When you transform despair into hope, and doubt into faith, you find that even in difficult situations, you are filled with great strength. Transforming Darkness into Light and Sadness into Joy fills you internally with Light and with inner joy.

When you seek to console, you are filled with light, love and power instead of wallowing in your own selfish misery and pain." (Beyond the Mind - Golden Lotus Sutras, Master Choa Kok Sui.)

The following beautiful meditation is given by a great Christian mystic and healer Dr. Stylianos Atteshlis a.k.a. Daskalos.

Earth, peace

Creating Peace on Earth

Begin by inhaling comfortable deep breaths.

Slowly inhale white light, exhaling any darkness.

Your material body is now glowing in bright white light while your etheric double is turning sky-blue.

Your consciousness is becoming lighter and no longer hindered by heavy thoughts and emotions.

Begin to expand your consciousness in every direction from where you are sitting.

It passes out of the building, above the trees, like a growing bubble, until you can see the town in which you live.

A lovely rose light pours out from your Heart Chakra blanketing first your neighbors’ homes then the whole neighborhood and finally the entire town.

You feel joy.

Continue to expand to the point where you can see the entire nation.

Perhaps there is trouble in some part of it.

Your heart continues to pour out love for all.

The whole country is now covered in this misty rose colored light.

Next spread your awareness to encompass first the cloud cover and then the atmosphere.

You can see the whole planet.

It is a gorgeous paradise of deep blue oceans, vast mountain ranges and lush plains.

But you know there is fighting in various parts of the world, great unhappiness, and you want to help.

From where you are, there are no boarders marked, no lines separating people.

It is one world. All trouble is born of ignorance and misunderstanding.

We want to love one another and live in peace.

Now your heart is a river of rose light which floods the areas of trouble on the globe with peace and love.

You see millions of smiling faces bathed in the rose light.

You see men laying down their arms and embracing one another in common brotherhood.

You see people giving food and clothes to the others in need.

Now you see the planet move towards you and nestle in your heart.

Moments ago you were on the planet and now it is in you.

Keep the planet in your heart.

Now return back to your present-day personality and your material body.

Breath deeply until you feel you have fully returned. Wish peace and harmony to prevail the world over.

Forgiving and asking for forgiveness

Forgiveness and Loving-Kindness

"Some severe ailments are emotional in origin. Some patients have so much deep-seated hurt or resentment towards certain person(s). Although pranic healing does greatly improve the condition of the patient, the rate of healing would be much faster if the patient consciously exerts an effort to forgive those who may have actually or imaginarily hurt him or her. Even though the solar plexus chakra and the other chakras are quite clean after pranic treatment, if the patient recalls the person(s) or the disturbing event, the solar plexus chakra will again become congested and dirty which will also adversely affect some of the chakras and some of the organs. Unless the patient learns to forgive, the healing will be slow or there will be a relapse. THE ACT OF FORGIVING IS THERAPEUTIC AND IS NECESSARY FOR GOOD HEALTH. It helps normalize the solar plexus chakra and the other affected chakras.

Being habitually critical, irritable or angry is also very unhygienic and bad for the health in the long run. The remedy is of course to learn to appreciate the good qualities of others, to practice kindness and to learn to be calm. It is easier to wear a pair of shoes than to try to flatten all the rough ground. It is easier to be kind, tolerant, and detached than to try to change and improve everybody."

(Master Choa Kok Sui, Advanced Pranic Healing)

Forgiveness Affirmations

These forgiveness affirmations are from book 'Hands-on Spiritual Healing' by Michael Bradford.

1. I (your name) now forgive (person's name) for hurting me. I feel that what you did to me was wrong and hurt me deeply. I (your name) bless and release (person's name) to their highest good and I bless and release myself to my highest good right now! And so it is.

2. I (your name) absolutely and totally forgive myself for (action). I forgive myself right now!

3. I (your name) absolutely and totally forgive (person's name) for (action or deed). I forgive them right now!

4. I (your name) now forgive everyone who has ever hurt me on any level and in any way from the beginning of time. I absolutely and totally forgive them right now!

5. I (your name) now ask for forgiveness from everyone I have ever hurt on any level and in any way from the beginning of time. I ask for and accept this forgiveness right now. I (your name) now absolutely and totally forgive 'myself for whatever I have done.

6. I (your name) now forgive myself for all the pain and suffering I have caused myself on all levels in all ways since the beginning of time. I forgive myself right now!

7. I (your name) am now willing to release the need for (name of addiction, pain, fear or problem) in my life. I (your name) release it now, accepting and trusting God, Holy Spirit and the process of life to assist me to heal and to meet all my needs and desires in a healthy way.

"Inner forgiveness is therapeutic. If you do not forgive, you cannot be internally healed. Forgiving heals the Soul."

(Experiencing Being by Master Choa Kok Sui)

Forgiveness

This is the technique given by my teacher.

Make a list of people who have hurt you. You will do the forgiving procedure individually for each person on your list for as long as it is necessary (till you feel no bitter emotions in your heart).

Activate your heart chakra by touching the front of the chest with the fingers of your hand. Think of a happy moment in your life.

Forgiving

Visualize the face of the person you want to forgive. Raise your hands in a blessing posture. Silently say:

_______________ (name of the person), namaste!
I, the Soul, salute the Divinity within you! I, the Soul, salute the Soul, the Atma within you.

(Lovingly think of the Divine)
Our Heavenly Father-Mother, we are all Your children.
We are all children of the Most High.
We all make mistakes. We are all evolving.

(Think of the person)
You are forgiven! God's blessings be with you!
I release you. Go in peace. Namaste!
Om Shanti, Shaniti, Shaniti, Om.

Asking for forgiveness

Visualize the face of the person whom you are asking for forgiveness. Raise your hands in namaste posture. Silently say:

_______________ (name), namaste!
I, the Soul, salute the Divinity within you!
I, the Soul, salute the Atma within you.

(Lovingly think of the Divine)
Our Heavenly Father-Mother, we are all Your children.
We are all children of the Most High.
We all make mistakes. We are all evolving.

(Think of the person)
_______________ (name), please forgive me for all my mistakes.
Please forgive me for hurting you.
I admit my mistakes. I apologize for my mistakes. I make no excuses.
Let there be peace. Let bygone be bygone.
God's blessings be with you!
Namaste! Please go in peace.
Om Shaniti, Shaniti, Shaniti, Om.

Asking for forgiveness from the supreme being

Lovingly think of the Divine. Mentally invoke:

To the Supreme Being,
Our Heavenly Father-Mother!
Just as we forgive, we are entitled to be forgiven.
Thank you for forgiving me!

Natural supplements to the medical treatment of tuberculosis

Below is the short list of natural remedies. It is rather sketchy but hopefully it will give you an idea what you can do at home to help accelerate the rate of recovery from TB. Please contact your physician before attempting any of this.

What exactly is tuberculosis?

"Tuberculosis (TB) is a highly contagious lung disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The germs are spread via coughs, sneezes, and physical contact. The most worrisome aspect of this disease is its latency. Those infected may harbor the germs for years, yet display no outward or visible signs of infection. However, when the immune system becomes challenged or down regulated due to stress, candida, diabetes, or other factors, the bacteria can become reactivated and develop into full-blown TB."

Energy Healing

Important: Energy Healing is supplementary to the medical treatment. Before commencement of Pranic treatment, the patient should have been medically diagnosed and started medical therapy.

Energy Healing Protocol (1st month)

(The protocol is based on Master Choa Kok Sui's pranic healing protocol for TB as given in Advance Pranic Healing book.)

For the first 30 days use Electric Violet (Divine Energy) for cleansing and energizing till the infection is under control.

This energy is of very high vibration and it is anti-microbial. It was said that the infection occur when the rate of vibration of the energy body falls back below a certain level. When the rate of vibration is raised – and the Divine Energy does exactly this – the microorganisms cannot survive in this environment.

  1. Apply a thorough general sweeping 3 times or more. The energy body of a TB patient is very dirty overall.
  2. Cleanse the front and back heart chakras. Energize with EV.
  3. Thoroughly cleanse the lungs from the front and back. Energize with EV.
  4. Cleanse the solar plexus chakra and the liver. (The function of the liver gets affected by the powerful chemical anti-TB drugs.) Energize the liver with LWG then with LWV pranas.
  5. Energize the solar plexus with EV energy.
  6. Cleanse the spleen chakra. Energize with EV.
  7. Cleanse and energize the navel, basic chakras with W prana.
  8. Cleanse the throat and the head chakras and energize with EV.

Natural remedies

Liver tonics – ayurvedic or homeopathic.

Aurvedic Cough Tea – to relief cough and improve sleep.

Garlic is a powerful natural antibiotic. It can be administered in various forms in parallel to the main treatment.

Boosting the Immune System

Exposure to Sunlight. Sunlight is a powerful anti-germ agent. It also stimulates the production of Vitamin D which is known to increase lung function.

Propolis
Foods rich with life energy (sprouts, fresh salads, etc.)

Aromatherapy

Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Clove, Lemongrass, Oregano Essential, Pine, Cedarwood essential oils have broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties, they can be diffused or used in a form of a spray to prevent the spread of airborne bacteria like Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

To prepare a spray, add essential oils 10 drops each to 100 ml vodka.

Camphor crystals in a diffuser lamp will help to disinfect the air in the patient's bedroom.

Hypnosuggesion (can be used as a possitive affirmation)

"_____ (name), you are connected to the Infinite Source of Healing Energy.

This energy is here for you, for healing your being on all levels.

Accept this energy with grace and allow your body to get healed.

Your immune system is growing stronger and stronger every hour.

Your immune system is doing a great job in cleansing and protecting the body in all ways.

You blood is being purified.

Your lungs are being thoroughly cleansed, energized and regenerated.

You lungs are healing!

You body is healing! It is becoming stronger and stronger.

The infinite power of your subconscious mind knows exactly how to accomplish the healing.

All is well and you are well, loved, safe and protected every minute of your life!"

Positive Affirmations

Joseph Murphy suggests the following: "Every cell, nerve, tissue, and muscle of my lungs are now being made whole, pure, and perfect. My whole body is being restored to health and harmony."

Healing through Visualization

Download and print out a color picture of the healthy lungs.
Title the picture "Healthy Lungs"
Hang in a place where the patient can look at it often.

Anger management

This is a brief Anger Primer that can be used in a healing session or for self-help. The majority of the quotes are from Master Choa Kok Sui’s Golden Lotus Sutras.

Causes

Anger can be caused by external or internal events.

To deal with the anger, first identify the cause event.

Ways of dealing with anger

  • Through expression
  • Through suppression
  • By calming yourself
  • Through non-reaction
  • By accepting, forgiving and letting go

Expressing anger

Express it in assertive, not aggressive manner.

What is an assertive manner of expression?

Make clear what your needs and how to get them met, without hurting others.

Suppressing anger

Suppression of anger converts it into other emotions and redirects it.

If you choose to hold anger, stop thinking about it and focus on something positive and constructive.

Dangers of suppressing anger

Anger turned inwards can manifest as depression, high blood pressure, passive-aggressive behaviour, cynical hostile personality, cancer, etc.

Calming or regulating your anger

Calming anger means controlling your internal responses through relaxation, restructuring or spiritually transcending it.

Relaxation and spiritual transcendence can be achieved by:

  1. Deep abdominal breathing, e.g. pranic breathing 6-3-6-3.
  2. Relaxing imagery (visualizing yourself in your Sanctuary or Safe Place)
  3. Slow yoga to relax your muscles.
  4. Surrendering you anger, hatred or problems to the Divine.
  5. Praying and meditating for forgiveness.
  6. Meditating to uplift your consciousness.

“By using the Prayer of St. Francis, peace and love are brought down and can be used to heal your inner anger or hatred.” (MCKS)

Restructuring means:

1. Instead of cursing the other person, acknowledge the problem:

“It’s frustrating and it’s understandable that I am upset about it, but it’s not the end of the world and getting angry is not going to fix it anyhow.”

2. Avoid using words “never” and “always” in relation to the other person. Criticize the specific behaviour, but not  the personality.

4. Instead of words “I demand” use “I desire…” use “I would like…”

5. Remember, logic defeats anger. Approach the situation more intellectually.

6. Focus not on finding solution, but rather on how you face and handle the problem.

7. In a conflict, practice a high degree of awareness or presence.

“With whatever spontaneous action arises out of presence, an intelligence is then at work in the situation. Whatever the situation, that intelligence is far greater than the intelligence of the thinking mind.” (Eckhart Tolle)

Non-reaction

•    “Do not react or allow yourself to be sucked not the whirlpool turmoil.

•    Like quality energy attracts like quality energy. Loving-kindness attracts loving-kindness. Anger and hatred attract anger and hatred.

•    Project and Radiate Loving-Kindness! Be still! Bathe in the waters of Love and Bliss!

•    When you get angry with someone and you are about to say or do something nasty, touch your heart, bless the person. Silently say, “God’s blessings and peace be with me and be with you.”

•    The storm will exhaust itself. After the storm, there will be calmness and peace.” (MCKS)

Accepting, forgiving and letting go

“If you seek revenge, you will not have Inner Peace.” (MCKS)

“Forgiveness is not a matter of who is right or wrong. It is a matter of doing the right thing.” (MCKS)

“Inner Forgiveness is therapeutic. If you do not forgive you cannot be internally healed. Forgiving heals the Soul.” (MCKS)

Remember, forgiving is not for the other person, it is FOR YOU, for your own healing.

Better communication

1. Slow down and think through your responses.

2. Look for the underlying message.

3. Use humour. Do not take yourself too seriously.

4. Change your environment.

5. Learn to be assertive.

Assertiveness

Assertiveness means the ability to stand up for yourself and your needs in a positive, constructing manner.

How to be assertive

1. Describe your needs.

2. Describe the effects of the other person’s behaviour.

3. Use “I messages” instead of “you messages”.

4. Describe what you feel and the effect (the result of their behaviour):

“When you…, I feel…”

“When you …, then… and I feel…”

E.g. “When you arrive late, I have to wait and I feel frustrated”.

5. State the ways they might have their needs met without doing what hurts you.

Dealing with a problematic person

“To recognize the shortcomings or problems of a person is okay, but do not focus on them or think about them over and over again. Do not keep on criticizing their mistakes mentally. This is excessive! Excessive mental criticism must be reduced. It is human nature to make mistakes. Just let people be.” (MCKS)

Do not try to change the other person.

Change your response to the person.

Get your needs met through others who are able to meet your needs.

Know when to distance yourself and do so.

Keep a gratitude journal. It will help you to appreciate good things in your life, to strengthen your emotional resilience and reduce stress.

Chose to be free and go on with your life!

“Anger and hatred bind people together! When you hate someone, it creates an “Energy Link” with the person. You become chained to the person and your soul becomes entangled with that person. If you want to be free, you must forgive people.” (MCKS)

A Bucket Bath with Sea Salt and Essential Oils

Natural sea salt is rich in minerals. When showering, our skin, through osmotic pressure, absorbs natural mineral salts and expels toxins.

Sea salt bath helps to reduce pain and soreness, relax tense muscles, sooth inflammation, improve circulation and hydrate tissues.

For skin diseases (e.g. eczema) you can apply salt water locally with the help of a spray bottle. Add 2 drops of Tea Tree oil, a powerful antiseptic.

Procedure

  1. Take a bucket of water. Water should be about 36-37 degrees C (body temperature).

  2. Add a handful of sea salt. Dissolve the salt.

  3. Add 3-5 drops of natural aromatic oil(s) and mix.

  4. Use a dipper to pour water over your body. Simultaneously gently massage the skin with your other hand.

  5. At the end of the procedure you can wash off the remaining salt with fresh water. The fresh water should be cooler that the salt bath. Alternately, if salt does not irritate your skin, after bathing allow your skin to air dry, wear a cotton gown and rest for 20 min.

Salt bath is beneficial in:

  • Skin diseases
  • Arthritis
  • Gynecological diseases
  • Depression
  • For convalescing patients
  • To stimulate the immune system

Salt bath is contraindicated in fever and other conditions. Please consult your physician or other health care professional before attempting to take one.
